For athletes 11 years and older

Have your athlete enjoy the benefits of personalized training in the comfort and support of a small group training environment.  Each athlete undergoes a comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluation to provide detailed insight to their strengths and weaknesses and sport/position specific goals and needs.  Infiniti's Director of Training will then develop a customized workout plan to address those goals including:

Small group training (6 participants max per class) ensures personalized training in a supportive group environment.  Athletes choose their weekly frequency but a minimum of 2x per week is recommended.  Classes run 75 minutes and utilize a combination of turf and gym work.
