Matt Harper, Bellport HS/Team BEAST 2020 Rocchio, has just committed to pitch at Division III SUNY New Paltz.  The 6'4 RHP will be dropping down even more to continue to deceive hitters at the next level.  With that size and the ability to fill out way more, huge upside for this kid.
